I thought it would be a good idea to start off the blog with a recipe for one of the favorite fruit juices of ours, kiwi with banana. I’m sure that our recipe isn’t something special, there are many like it with slight twists on how much kiwis are put, or bananas or other stuff like sweeteners and spices. This recipe is actually the first recipe that we’re going to be making with each new batch of members that come through our doors. Let’s get started, shall we.

Recipe of the week #1 – kiwi juice with banana

First things first, you’re going to need some kiwis, bananas and other things like orange juice, honey, a dash of cinnamon, and whatever kind of flavor of your own you might want to add. Some people like to for example add almond milk.

For servings you’re going to need to experiments, but for 1 person and for a light refreshing smoothie, you will need 1 banana, 1 kiwi, about 1 cup of orange juice and you can either add a sprinkle of cinnamon or 1 table spoon of honey. Sometimes we add a table spoon of honey, other times we add cinnamon. Experimentation is also a thing that we do. Add new things to the recipes to see how it will change. You should do the same.
